DELF A1 Test Paper 5

Sections in the Test
Each test paper is divided into the official 4 sections:

1. Compréhension de l’oral (Listening): Listen to short audio clips and answer multiple-choice or short-answer questions.
2. Compréhension des écrits (Reading): Read simple texts, advertisements, or short messages and answer questions.
3. Production écrite (Writing): Complete guided writing tasks such as filling out forms, writing postcards, emails, or short descriptions.
4. Production orale (Speaking): This section is conducted separately in a live video session with your course counsellor.

Speaking Test (Production Orale)

A test counsellor will contact you within 24 hours to schedule your speaking test on a live video call.
If you do not hear from us within 24 hours, please send an email to 📧 admin@frenchclass.in with your name and test level (DELF A1).

Important Instructions

• The exam is taken online, so please ensure:
  • A stable internet connection.
  • A quiet space, free from distractions.
  • Your device (laptop/PC/tablet) is fully charged.
  • You have headphones (for speaking sections).
• Duration:
  • A1 Test: Approximately 61-70 minutes (15-20 for Speaking, 38 for Reading-Writing-Speaking)
• Use of external help or translation tools is not allowed.
